Undertaking: Convenor/ Organising Secretary shall submit, if the grant is received a “detailed Statement of Accounts (SA)” giving receipt of income from all sources and expenditure and Utilization Certificate (UC) both duly audited by Statutory Auditor/ Chartered Accountant for the grant released/ full grant committed at the earliest and in any case not later than 3 months from the date of the Symposium/ Conference/ Workshop. The income/ expenditure statement shall be for the ‘event’ only and should not include or merged with any other accounts of the society/ organising body. 14.
