MOTION FEEDTHROUGHS FOR

These motion feedthroughs are extensively used in all the ultra high vacuum based analytical instruments for imparting various motions required for loading, transportation and manipulation of samples, inside the vacuum region.

Two stage device transmits rotary motion from atmosphere to very fine linear motion to two concentric shafts into UHV system.

Differential motion is obtained by turning the either stage, which is assembled in serie
