All the delegates  will be  accommodated in the resorts/nearby hotels. The accommodation consists of single/double occupancy rooms and the charges are included in the Registration Fee. 

Overseas delegate, who likes to visit with his/her spouse may be accommodated in a double occupancy room in the resorts/nearby hotels with an additional payment of Euro 200 . An Indian delegate with his/her spouse may be accommodated in a hotel located nearby the venue at the actual cost charged by the hotel.  A large variety of hotels, both Indian and Western style, are located near the venue of the conference and any additional  accommodation can be booked in one of these hotels upon request.

Stopover accommodation on the night of 13^th September will be arranged in Mumbai upon request. The delegates from Mumbai will leave for the symposium venue on 14^th September morning by 7 am. Delegates who wish to avail this facility must send request within the specified date (i.e. 15^th July 2010).

Delegates who wish to reach  Lonavala directly (not via Mumbai),  are requested to report to the Reception Desk of the Treasure Islands Resorts (the Symposium Venue), where information about their accommodation, booked for three nights  from September 14 to 16, 2010 will be available.
