           Abstract Preparation

Preparation of Extended Abstract 

Two printed volumes of conference proceedings as well as a CD containing the extended abstracts of the invited talks and the contributory papers to be presented by posters will be made available to the delegates along with other registration materials. Hence the invited speakers as well as the authors of the contributory papers are requested to submit the abstracts of their presentation materials in the prescribed format  and submit to the Convener, TSRP-2010,

 Abstract:  Manuscript should be typed in Times New  Roman, with font  size 12 and double line spacing.

 1. Introduction

 These instructions are given as a model for the authors in preparing the manuscript. The outline frame should be 17cm (width) X

  23cm (length) and all materials including figures, tables, references etc. must be contained within two page limit for Contributory

  papers and five page limit for Invited papers.

 2. Experiment / Methods

 Manuscript should be typed in A4 size paper in Microsoft Word (any version) on IBM compatible PC. Send three hard copies

 of the manuscript and also an electronic version preferably as an e-mail attachment. 

 3. Results and Discussion

 Begin the text of the paper as 1. Introduction 2. Methods 3.  Results and Discussion and lastly the References. Give reference

  number at the end of the sentence as [n].
